Caring is Key

Thanks to a dear friend, this week I was delighted to have attended my first AIPAC Policy Conference in Washington D.C (click for pictures).

I truly enjoyed the whirlwind of sessions, lectures and discussions focused on the essential elements of the AIPAC mission, namely: An unshakable U.S – Israel relationship, a non–nuclear Iran and a safe and secure Israel.

What ‘wowed’ me the most was the feeling of being amongst over 10,000 Jews who Care. Jews from all backgrounds and from all corners of the U.S.A., who took time out of their professional and family commitments to show solidarity and have their voices heard on critical Jewish issues.

It was remarkable to see so many young Jews in attendance – because they too, care!

Caring is so critical. It’s the pulse of Jewish life.

With a strong pulse we can look forward to a vibrant future!

Shabbat Shalom,

Rabbi Yossi Zaklikofsky
