Heads up!
As the summer winds down and we look toward the months ahead, I want to give you a heads-up about some important days coming our way.

And yes, we're just 40 days away from the High Holidays!
And they couldn’t come at a better time. With all that is happening in Israel and around the world these days, some time for introspection and reflection seems like a real good idea. So be prepared.
Now is a great time to focus on your scheduling for these holidays.
If you need to inform your employers, colleagues, employees or schools about taking these days off, now would be a perfect time to do that. The same is true for medical appointments and business meetings, to be avoided on these days.
Specifically:
Rosh HaShanah: Thursday and Friday 9/24-25
Yom Kippur: Friday and Saturday 10/3-4
Sukkot: 10/9-10
Simchat Torah: 10/16-17
